4. Services
Visor Guys provides professional moving services as described on our website. We reserve the right to decline service for any move that presents unsafe conditions, illegal activities, or items prohibited by law from transport.
Additional charges may apply for specialty items (pianos, hot tubs, large appliances), stairs, long carry distances, or other non-standard conditions. These will be communicated to you before your move begins.
5. Liability and Damage Claims
Visor Guys takes every precaution to protect your belongings during a move. However, our liability for loss or damage is limited to the terms outlined in your service agreement or as required under applicable Ontario law.
We strongly recommend that clients:
- Declare any high-value or fragile items prior to moving
- Ensure adequate personal or home insurance coverage for items being moved
- Document any pre-existing damage to furniture or belongings before the move

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
